I went to a live modeling session today and The model was this hot geek girl Ruby Rocket. So i took one of the sketches I did and turned it into this. Scandalous he he.

Anchors Away
I wanted to do a tough chick carrying an anchor… kind of a revision of the sailor girl. I think it turned out rather Frank Miller-esque but i still like it… I played with a couple quick background ideas but nothing really stuck. Maybe it’ll become part of a larger piece. We’ll see

The Bride of Toaseterstein
Here’s a new one.. Mural style! It was a fun one that kind of lead me to what it wanted to be. I got some good advice on colors by the girls of the house and i really like how it pops now. I want a frankentoaster fer real.
Tiki Lucky Cat
I designed this shag-style Tiki lucky cat for my roommate Inez. She loves it and has already received a lot of compliments on the initial inks. She still has a few sessions to go but I think its coming along great.

Cafe Del Mar Bar Designs
I did some bar designs for the popular Musicians Cafe Del Mar. These are concepts for a bar in Dubai. I think they’re a pretty clean design and they came out pretty nice. They have some really cool ideas. I wish i could see it after it’s built (*update i think the project was abandoned because of financial issues. ironically they wanted to find ways to spend more money and make it grander.)

this is the VIP room… Its going to be made out of LCD plastic that can change from clear to opaque. The whole room is going to be suspended 20 feet above the dance floor and have its own seprate area for drink. Pretty nifty.
